2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
3. Pet Health & Safety
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations before receiving services.If your pet has special needs, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns, please inform us before booking.In case of a medical emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If necessary, we may seek veterinary care at your expense.
4. Payment & Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.Payment is due at the time of service via cash, credit card, or other accepted methods.Deposits may be required for certain services.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety, Critter Care is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen incidents that may occur while your pet is in our care.
6. Behavior & Aggressive Pets
We reserve the right to refuse service to pets that display aggressive or dangerous behavior.If your pet poses a risk to staff or other animals, alternative arrangements may be required.
